Refund policy
At Yellowbird Art, we want you to love your new art prints as much as we do! If you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
Easy Returns
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your art print to send it back if it’s not quite right.
- To qualify for a return, your art print needs to be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. We trust you’ll handle it with love!
Hassle-Free Refunds
- Once we get your return, we’ll take a quick peek to make sure everything’s in order and let you know we’ve received it.
- If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund right away. You’ll see the credit on your original payment method within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
- You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send your item back to us. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Quick and Easy Exchanges
- Want a different print instead? No problem! Just send your original purchase back within 30 days and let us know which print you’d like to exchange it for. As long as the print is in the same condition and original packaging, we’ll happily swap it out for you.
Oops! Damaged or Wrong Item?
- If we made a mistake or your art print arrived damaged, please reach out to us immediately at support@yellowbirdart.com with your order number and details. We’ll sort it out quickly and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
